Executive & Business Coaching is a collaborative relationship between the client and the coach within a solution-focused, results-oriented, systematic and enlightening process. This process is specifically focused at Board Level and/or Senior Management level where the coach facilitates the client’s exploration of business related topics and also personal development topics in order to achieve improved business results and performance, improved operational effectiveness, and also to improve their personal performance.
